Perl::Critic::Policy::PG::ProhibitOldText - Replace old PG text usage with PGML.
Load the PGML.pl macro and replace all BEGIN_TEXT/END_TEXT, BEGIN_HINT/END_HINT, and BEGIN_SOLUTION/END_SOLUTION blocks with BEGIN_PGML/END_PGML, BEGIN_PGML_HINT/END_PGML_HINT, and BEGIN_PGML_SOLUTION/END_PGML_SOLUTION blocks.
